Hiring Procedure
Has best of the hiring practices and policies to ensure that only people with proven track record of efficiency and integrity are engaged.

Normally, at all important positions like Manager, people with good references are hired and other positions are filled up through open ads.

All people hired are supposed to go through an interview process both with the Unit Manager and Manager deputed by the client and are also to be finally cleared by the Director.

All appointees are supposed to fill up the detailed joining form and also give proper references. The HR Manager gets the references verified through a telephonic check and document the same.

All appointees are verified in respect of their addresses by a field verifier of Survin who gives a formal report in the prescribed form.

All appointees are supposed to furnish an undertaking in the prescribed form to the effect that they would not be associating with any case of a person known or acquainted to them in order to avoid any conflict of interest with duty.

All appointees are also supposed to execute an Indemnity Bond as per standard format undertaking to indemnify the company/its client in case any loss or damage is caused due to any lack of integrity on their part. The Indemnity bond is required to be executed by any person known to the appointee.

Police verification is also required to be conducted in respect of all field work appointees to ensure that there is no previous conviction in any criminal case.

Upon completion of the joining formalities all appointees are issued an appointment letter and also an identity card. At the time of leaving/resignation, every employee has to give undertaking to the company in the prescribed format to the effect that all documents, data, information, cheques and any other assets belonging to company or its clients have been returned by the employee.

MINIMUM WAGES:
1. The Minimum wage as applicable as per the latest notification No.F No.12 (142)/02/MW/VII/5063 dated 10/11/2014 as under:

2. The statutory records maintained are Salary-register, Leave record and the prescribed records as per ESI & PF, and other applicable requirements.
